In-house AV agreements are always great learning experiences to grow – both for our team as well as the partners we work with. We are always looking for opportunities to get better at what we do and how we do it.
This is a venue where we have an agreement in place to provide all things audio visual. From setting up meeting rooms, to hosting galas to conferences – we do it all.
To provide excellent product and customer service to not only the venue (Winsport) but the end user (attendees) as well.
How do we prioritize innovative design with a venue growing in size while managing internal growth?

Juggling the venue requirements as well as the end user (attendees to the venue).
To keep things fresh – we keep our gear up to date. We continue pushing for excellent customer service from both our Account Manager assigned to the agreement as well as our technicians. We prioritize staying organized and forming real relationships with the venue staff.
Here at Evolution AV, we love making relationships with the event managers and sales team at Winsport. By focusing on excellent customer service – we achieve results.
