Every form submission, email, and phone call gets a same-day response during business hours. That's not a target, it's our promise. Send something after hours and you'll hear from us first thing the next morning.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Most clients come to us with a problem, not a product list. Your Account Manager's job is to listen, assess your space, and figure out the right solution. You don't need to have done the research, that's what we're here for.
What if I have a tight budget?
Tell us upfront. We work across a wide range of project sizes and we'd rather know your constraints early so we can find something that genuinely fits. We'll always be honest about the tradeoffs between different options.
What does the quote process look like?
Once your Account Manager connects with you, they'll schedule a call or an on-site visit to fully understand your project. From there they put together a detailed proposal. The consultation is free and there is no obligation to move forward.
What kinds of projects do you handle?
Anything commercial — boardrooms, huddle rooms, video walls, digital signage, sound systems, audio conferencing, lecture halls, houses of worship, fitness facilities, and more. We design, procure, integrate, and service everything we sell.
Which Canadian cities do you serve?
We operate from 11 offices across Canada: Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Toronto, and Ottawa. If you're between offices, we'll make it work.
Do you offer live event production or AV rentals?
No. We focus exclusively on permanent commercial AV installations. We transitioned out of live event production and equipment rentals following COVID and no longer offer those services. For event production or rental gear, a local production company will be a better fit.
Will I have one point of contact throughout?
Yes. From your first conversation through to installation and service, you'll work with one dedicated Account Manager who knows your project, your space, and your goals inside and out.
What happens after installation?
We don't disappear after the job is done. Evolution AV offers managed services and ongoing support, and your Account Manager remains your contact for anything that comes up. We build partnerships, not one-time transactions.
