About the role
Account Managers are hired to produce year-over-year revenue growth. They carry full accountability for nurturing new, existing, and past customer relationships while contributing substantially to new customer acquisition. Account Managers are expected to find and convert qualified sales leads to closed sales.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual targeted revenue and gross profit numbers
- Submit proposals to meet or exceed individual weekly targets
- Build and maintain an accurate CRM database — logging customer contacts and opportunities
- Effectively prospect clients in a systematic and professional manner
- Produce an annual business plan outlining revenue, customer growth, and gross profit
- Maintain high NPS scores and resolve outstanding customer issues
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with prospecting and territory management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Minimum 2+ years of audio-visual industry experience
- Must possess a valid drivers license with access to a vehicle

- Post-secondary education

Compensation
$80,000 – $180,000 CAD per year
