About the role

The Project Manager manages key client projects from start to finish — coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Working closely with our installation team, the Project Manager schedules resources, communicates with clients, and ensures an exceptional overall AV experience.

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with customers to schedule installations and service work
Manage the installation calendar and scheduling of service requests
Review service orders and work orders on a regular basis
Communicate required changes to Account Managers
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
Receive parts and equipment in our warehouse accurately and on time
Prepare upcoming products and orders for the installation team
Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders

Qualifications

Works efficiently and with integrity under pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

Experience in a technical AV role
Past project management experience or professional training (PMP or equivalent)
Prior experience in a customer service role
