About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Duties include receiving incoming equipment, maintaining an orderly warehouse, and arranging for equipment to be delivered to our customers, regional offices across Canada, and to job sites.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse (forklift use required)
Pick and scan customer orders, preparing them for shipment
Receive incoming shipments and returned equipment
Drive company vehicles — delivery of equipment to job sites and field technicians
Work with vendors and suppliers to arrange product RMAs and returns
All other duties as assigned/required

Qualifications

Strong computer and organizational skills
Must possess a valid drivers license and ability to produce a clean drivers abstract
Prior warehouse experience would be considered an asset
Prior forklift experience and training would be considered an asset

Nice to have

Forklift certification
Experience with inventory management software
Experience in a trades or construction supply environment
