Evolution AV Acquires Points West Audio Visual & Acoustics
We are excited to announce that Evolution AV has officially completed the acquisition of Points West Audio Visual & Acoustics, a well-respected AV company based in Kelowna, British Columbia.
For the past 30 years, Points West has specialized in audio visual, acoustics, and healthcare, supporting British Columbia with expertly designed AV systems and solutions. We gladly welcome the wealth of knowledge, expertise, and customer relationships that come with many years of dedicated service.

Tracey Cochrane, the previous owner of Points West, has spent 15 years providing quality AV solutions in the Okanagan region and developing strong relationships throughout all of BC. She will be joining the Evolution AV team.
"It's wonderful, the diversity of customers that we're dealing with and the diversity of the territory," she says. "You have to have an established relationship with people. It's not like you can just fly in, do an install, and then fly out and leave these people unsupported. People trust you if you're here."
She enjoys learning about different industries through her customers, solving problems, and helping find the right solution for different environments.
"I just love those conversations to say, what are you dealing with and how can I help? And that's the best part of what I do."
As part of the Evolution AV team, Tracey now has the resources and support to continue what she loves most, helping her customers.
"I'm so looking forward to going out and driving business for Evolution," she says. "It's the support that I really appreciate. I love doing sales, and so to not have to then follow up and do the design myself, and relay that off to somebody else, is just such a good feeling."
Being Canadian owned matters to us. Adding Kelowna as our third office in BC and eleventh across the country means we can help more Canadians find quality AV solutions tailored for them.
